Intro Post: How I got my WLE: Oct 26th.

I'm still in the process of attaining an internship, the last step I made was going up to the work site and dropping off an application, so now I'm waiting for a call. The leadership I'm using the most effectively and most frequently is communicate effectively and persuasively. This is the leadership I'm using the most because I'm trying to convince my potential mentor to let me work under him for a WLE work site. My possible mentor works at the Hayward Police Dept. I will hopefully be able to do a couple of ride alongs with the officer and learn a few things about working on the force.
